RE: TPDES Permit #TX0010232-001
All members of the Preserve Lake Dunlap Association, Friends of Lake McQueeney, Citizens United for Lake Placid, Protect Lakes Across Texas and the San Marcos River Foundation are asked to attend the Public Meeting. It is VERY IMPORTANT that there be enough public interest on this issue for TNRCC to consider a contested case hearing.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you request a contested case hearing in writing when you submit your formal comments!
