For decades, PLDA has worked hard to keep our lake beautiful, clean, and safe. In 2019, with the failure of the dam, PLDA collaborated with GBRA to find the best solution and plan of action to get the dam rebuilt and our water back to normal levels. With the help of the PLDA board, members, advisory committees, and residents, hundreds of hours of work allowed us to continuously move forward with our goal of a new dam. We look forward to the start of construction in the weeks to come, and can't wait to have Lake Dunlap back!
